mixed feelings about the stay

pretty beachbland foodlukewarm soup
the hotel is near a pretty beach that was a short walk away. there are restaurants there. a boardwalk.
the food, oh the food. i had expected some really good flavors, i did not find much. it was like the food was just sat out for too long or was overcooked. the legume soup i had one night wasnt even warm, it was like room temperature.

woah! what a trip!

the activities we did was amazing and the animation team, miguels, done a great job making everyone feel included. there's darts, archery, aqua aerobics and a foam pool party. it was fun to get involved with padel, football, beach volleyball, or even table tennis. the teen den kept my kids entertain with its own activities!
the coffee tasted awful. out of the four islands in the restaurant that have machines serving hot drinks only one to be serving semi acceptable coffee. the rest is burnt i can't even drink it. hopefully they fix the machines soon!

this hotel is awesome! the reception staff, giovanna, melissa, and ines, were so helpful! ms cristina, the front office manager, was cute! the facilities exceeded my expectations. the food and rooms were totally flawless. i felt so lucky to stay there.
the general restaurant was better than the a la carte restaurants. i think they need to improve on this. i was disappointed.

breakfast has lots of choice and is very good, it goes through to 10:30. brunch continues to 12:30. lunch then begins! food is lovely with fresh seafood options at dinner. a huge paella on one night.

My visit was great! the room had a nice view. i stayed on the ninth floor and had a spacious balcony plus a large room. the all inclusive concept worked well. One bar was open after breakfast until dinner with snacks and drinks. air conditioning was nice.
the pool lacked enough sun loungers, and also umbrellas. replenishing ice and drinks at the adult pool more frequently would be beneficial. the drinks got warm because of the intense heat, a small inconvenience.

The room's cleanliness was subpar, particularly the bathroom. i found hairs on the floor, a definite turnoff. also, the beds weren't comfortable. The pillows felt cheap and worn. i expected better bedding at this price point.
